This 'N That Photo, in conjunction with Paypal accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Credit card approval must be received prior to the order being processed. International credit cards from banks outside of the United States will be accepted at Paypal's discretion. We do not accept cash, credit vouchers, or gift certificates.
Sales Tax:
Sales tax does not apply on items purchased outside the state of Michigan.
Shipping:
Most orders will be shipped via Standard USPS. Orders outside the continental United States will be handled on an individual basis. All orders will be followed with an e-mail confirmation. If an item is in a back-order situation, we will contact you directly.
Return Policy:
You may return the photo(s) within seven (7) days of receiving the order for a replacement or full refund of the merchandise cost LESS shipping. Shipping returns are at the customers expense. Items must be in new unused condition and returned back to This 'N That Photo in the original shipping container used for delivery. Credit, exchanges or refunds will be given when This 'N That Photo is contacted by customer, PRIOR to shipping return. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code will be given at that initial return inquiry. Only then, will the return be accepted by This 'N That Photo. If your item is damaged or unsatisfactory, you have seven (7) days to report this via email or telephone to This 'N That Photo. After seven days, we will replace or refund your purchase on a case-by-case basis.
Package Refusal:
Without prior written authorization, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (round trip) on all refused photos. If you find it necessary to refuse a shipped package for ANY reason, please contact us immediately via email or call us at 989-555-5555.
